established in Malahide for over 10 years. The principal, Maureen Black,
is a third generation Solicitor and runs her busy general practice with the
assistance of Audrey Murtagh, Solicitor, and support staff.
Maureen is very involved in the business community in
Malahide and in particular with Malahide Chamber of Commerce and The Malahide
Tidy Towns organisation. Malahide is a former winner of the Tidy Towns
Competition and is actively pursuing the top prize again.

| Themis, Goddess of Justice |
The Scales of Justice:
Themis, a Greek mythological goddess.
One of the Titans, pre-Hellenic
nature deities born to Uranus and Ge, she remained and advised Zeus after his
purge of the old pantheon.
In depictions of her, she carries the
scales of justice in one hand and a sword in the other, her eyes covered.
She became an oracle at Delphi, and became known as a goddess of divine
justice. |
